Luther Andal is the founder of Ryvin, a technology and AI partner built for the part most firms skip. Seeing the potential of AI is easy. Turning it into better workflows, higher productivity, and real results is harder, and that is the work Luther built Ryvin to do.
He comes to it with 25+ years in technology, from a startup to a Fortune 500. Most of that run was at a technology firm he co-founded in 1999 and spent more than two decades helping build into a consulting, design, and development firm, with hundreds of projects delivered across nearly every major industry. The technology underneath the work changed continuously in that time, from web to ecommerce to mobile to cloud to AI, and the through line was always the same: understand the business first, then build the thing that actually moves it.
That is why Ryvin is structured as a partnership rather than a series of projects. Luther sits with executives to set direction, then stays through the build, the rollout, and everything after. He is known for explaining technology in terms business owners can actually use, drawing on analogies from design and construction rather than jargon.
Luther is an executive board member of the Space Coast Chamber and co-founder and chair of its TAAD initiative. He speaks and runs training across the region and publishes on his AI-focused YouTube channel.
