Estimators review blueprints by hand, identifying every door, determining its swing, dimensions, and model, then entering each one into a spreadsheet.
We built an AI capability that reads the drawings, locates every door, filters for the ones that need to be included, classifies swing direction, captures dimensions and specifications, and generates the door schedule.

From Manual Reporting to Self-Serve Dashboards
Staff exported files from each client's financial tools, then manually stitched the spreadsheets together to produce a monthly report.
We reviewed the existing reporting process, identified where AI could carry the load, and trained the team to build dashboards themselves. Staff now upload anonymized exports, and the reports generate automatically.
Now in weekly use across the team, cutting days off every monthly reporting cycle.
